Power washing & sealing questions
Yes. Send me the color your HOA approved, or a photo of the letter, and I'll stain to it.
Stain goes on in dry weather, roughly 50 to 80 degrees, so most staining happens from late April to mid-October. The wood also has to dry after washing before the stain goes on.
You can, or I'll pick up the stain your HOA approved and list it in your quote.
Yes. I replace the bad boards, then wash and stain the whole deck.
