These are the terms for using callhandymanalex.com. "I" and "me" means Alex, who runs Call Handyman Alex in Germantown, Maryland. By using the site or sending the quote form, you agree to them.

Using this website

This site tells you about my handyman and renovation work and lets you call, text or send me the details of a job. I try to keep it accurate and up to date, but the information here is general, and services, prices and the areas I cover can change.

Estimates and prices

Any price you see on this site, or get from me by text, phone or the quote form, is an estimate based on what I know at the time. It isn't binding until you and I agree on the work and the price for your job. Photos help, but some jobs change once I see them in person, and if that happens I'll tell you before I go ahead. Materials are extra unless you and I agree otherwise.

Scheduling

Sending the form doesn't book a time. A job is scheduled once you and I have agreed on a day.

Your photos

The photos you send me are yours. By sending them, you let me use them to look at your job and price it. I won't post them publicly without asking you first.

My photos and content

The photos of my work, the logo, the Alex mascot and the text on this site belong to Call Handyman Alex. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking. Some general photos on service pages are stock images and are not of my work.

Text messages

If you leave "Text me back" checked on the form, you agree that I can text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. See thePrivacy Policy for how I handle your information.

Please be fair

Please only send real requests, and don't use the form to send spam, harmful files or someone else's information.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. I'm not responsible for what's on them.

Limits

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for losses that come from using the website itself. The work I do on your home is covered by what you and I agree for your job, not by these website terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
