Do you seal or stain to HOA colors?

Yes. Send me the color your HOA approved, or a photo of the letter, and I'll stain to that color.

Do you remove the old deck?

Yes. On a rebuild, I tear out the old deck and haul it away.

Do you dig for fence posts and deck footings?

Yes. Before any digging, Miss Utility has to mark the underground lines, which takes a few business days. I plan the start date around it.
