Most sticking doors can be fixed. It's often loose hinges, a shifted strike plate or a swollen edge, and I tighten, adjust or plane it to fit. If it can't be saved, I'll tell you and quote a new one.
You can pick one out, or I'll pick it up and list it in your quote.
Yes. A battery-powered keypad deadbolt goes in where your old deadbolt was. I set it up and show you how to change the code before I leave.
Many new homeowners do, since you don't know who still has a key. I can swap your deadbolts for new ones or for keypad deadbolts.
No. I repair them: sticking sashes, worn locks, torn screens, and weatherstripping and caulk for drafts. Text me a photo and I'll tell you what I can fix.
Many HOAs set rules for storm door style and color. Check yours first, or send me the rules and I'll stick to them.
