Working in Montgomery Village
Montgomery Village was planned by Kettler Brothers starting in 1962, and the Montgomery Village Foundation has looked after it since 1966. More than half the homes in the 20886 ZIP are townhouses, and about half were built before 1980.
Outside changes here need approval first. The Foundation's Architectural Review Board meets once a month to review Property Improvement Requests, and each neighborhood has its own criteria for materials, colors and styles. Get your change approved, send me what was approved, and I'll build to it.
Homes this age usually need sticking or drafty doors fixed, worn trim replaced, and decks and fences repaired. I can take them one at a time or as one list.
Popular jobs here
