Working in Urbana
Urbana is just over the line in Frederick County, at the I-270 and Route 80 interchange, about 20 minutes north of my base in Germantown. It started growing as a planned suburb around 1999, and about three in four homes in the 21704 ZIP were built in 2000 or later, including the Villages of Urbana.
Urbana's population grew by close to half between 2010 and 2020, and about a third of homes here are townhouses. Newer homes need finishing more than fixing, like TV mounts, shelves, curtain rods, keypad deadbolts, and touch-ups to trim and walls. As the first decks and fences age, they need repairs, and if your HOA asks for a wash and stain, I can do that too.
Urbana is outside MoCo, so call or text before you book. Tell me the job and I'll let you know if I can take it.

Yes. The Postal Service lists Frederick as the main city name for 21704 and accepts Urbana too. Either way, put 21704 in the form and I'll know where you are.
Yes. I put up shelves, curtain rods and TV mounts, assemble furniture and finish the small things the builder skipped. See the Move-in / new-construction finishing package.
