I swap out faucets, toilets, sinks and vanities, like for like, in the same spot. I do plumbing swaps in MoCo only.

- Replace a toilet, with a new wax ring and supply line
- Fix a running toilet with a new flapper or fill valve
- Replace a kitchen or bathroom sink in the same spot
- Swap a bathroom vanity for a new one the same size
- Replace worn supply lines under the sink
- Re-caulk around tubs, showers and sinks

Plumbing fixtures questions
The new fixture goes in where the old one was, on the same pipes. If a job means moving pipes or adding a fixture, it needs a plumber and a permit.
No. I do plumbing swaps in MoCo only, and not at Rockville addresses on City water, which has its own plumbing rules. For other jobs in those places, call or text to check.
You can pick one out, or I'll pick it up and list it in your quote.
Usually, yes. It's often a worn flapper or fill valve, and I replace the part. If the toilet itself is cracked or worn out, I'll quote a new one.
